- Private Transfer - booking a vehicle for the client's group, on the selected route, date, and time, in the chosen capacity category: 4+1, 8+1, or 20+1.
The routes, stops, departure times, capacity, price, and other specific details are those displayed in the booking form and in the order summary prior to payment. 3. Booking and contract conclusion
To make an online booking, the client must:
- select the transfer type, route, date, time, direction, number of passengers, and, where applicable, the vehicle category;
- complete correctly the contact details, billing information, and details required to perform the service;
- verify the booking summary and total price;

- submit the booking and complete payment using the available checkout method.
The client is responsible for the accuracy of the data entered. The Operator is not liable for the impossibility of providing the service or for any additional costs resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or delayed information.
The transport contract is deemed concluded upon payment confirmation and transmission of the booking confirmation email to the address provided by the client. An order with a failed, canceled, or unconfirmed payment by the processor does not constitute a confirmed booking.
4. Prices, payment, and invoicing
Prices are displayed in Romanian Lei (RON) and represent the total price owed by the client, including applicable taxes. Prior to submitting the order, the client can verify the final price and the included services.
Online payment by card is securely processed through NETOPIA Payments. The Operator does not receive or store the full card number, CVV/CVC code, or other card authentication details. Payment authorization may involve 3D Secure verification performed by the issuing bank.
The invoice is issued by LISTRA COM S.R.L. based on the data provided by the client and is transmitted or made available in electronic format, in accordance with legal requirements. The client must enter complete and correct information if requesting an invoice for a legal entity.
5. Service provision
The service is provided on the date, time, route, and locations indicated in the booking confirmation. The confirmation sent by email constitutes the electronic booking document and must be retained by the client until the completion of transport.
5.1. Economy Transfer
Economy transfers operate according to a fixed schedule. The passenger must be present at the boarding point prior to the indicated time. To maintain the schedule and respect other passengers, the vehicle cannot wait for late arrivals.
5.2. Private Transfer
Pickups take place from the confirmed address or location. The client must provide an address that is accessible to the vehicle and remain available by phone. Any changes to the address, date, or time after confirmation are permitted only with the Operator's consent and subject to availability.
Arrival times are estimated and may be affected by traffic, border control checks, weather conditions, roadwork, incidents, or other situations beyond reasonable control. The client must select a transfer schedule that allows a sufficient time margin before their flight or any other connecting service.
6. Passenger obligations
The client and the passengers included in the booking have the following obligations:
- to provide accurate and complete data and to verify the information in the booking confirmation;
- to hold valid identity documents, travel documents, visas, and documentation for minors required for the chosen route;
- to respect the boarding time and location, driver instructions, and safety regulations;
- to communicate in advance any need for a child seat, reduced mobility assistance, pet transportation, or other special requirements;
- not to transport prohibited, hazardous, or illegal goods, or any items that may compromise the safety of the vehicle and its passengers;
- to maintain civilized behavior and not jeopardize the safety of the driver, the vehicle, or other passengers.
The Operator may refuse boarding or interrupt the transport of any person who lacks the required documents, is in a condition that poses a risk, displays violent behavior, or fails to comply with safety regulations. Any such situation attributable to the passenger is treated as a no-show and does not entitle the passenger to a refund, without prejudice to any mandatory rights provided by law.
7. Luggage and transported items
For Private Transfers, one hand luggage and one checked luggage per passenger are included, subject to vehicle capacity. For Economy transfers, the applicable allowance is specified in the booking or confirmed by the Operator.

Such items may be refused if they exceed the available space, compromise safety, or were not declared in advance. The passenger must keep money, documents, jewelry, electronic devices, and other valuables on their person.
8. Cancellation, rescheduling, and refunds
Cancellation requests must be submitted online to office@transferaeroport24.ro and must include the booking number, client name, and transfer date. The time of cancellation is deemed to be the moment the request is logged at the Operator's address.

|---|---|

| Cancellation less than 24 hours in advance or no-show | The amount paid is non-refundable. |
| The Operator cannot provide the confirmed service | The client may choose an expressly accepted alternative or a full refund. |
| Rescheduling requested by the client | Is possible only with the Operator's approval and subject to availability; fare differences, if any, are communicated prior to acceptance. |
Approved refunds for card payments are initiated using the same payment method, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the approval of the request. The time until the amount is reflected in the account may also depend on the issuing bank.
For passenger transport services, the general 14-day right of withdrawal applicable to other distance contracts does not apply. Cancellations are handled in accordance with the contractual policy above and mandatory statutory rights applicable to passenger transport.

For a Private Transfer, the Operator will make reasonable efforts to adjust the pick-up time, subject to availability. For an Economy Transfer, the published schedule remains fixed, and the transfer cannot be delayed for a late flight.
For operational or safety reasons, the Operator may change the vehicle, driver, or exact boarding location and may use an authorized third-party partner carrier. Any significant modification will be communicated using the contact details provided in the booking.
To the extent applicable, passenger rights provided under Regulation (EU) No 181/2011 and national legislation remain unaffected by these terms and conditions.
